Bourbon, Bourbon, Bourbon
Distillery 291 is a small batch whiskey distillery nestled in the stunning foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
Located in Colorado Springs, the distillery sits in the shadows of Cheyenne Mountain and the majestic Pikes Peak which both serve as constant reminders of the founding vision of owner and distiller, Michael Myers, who aims to replicate the taste, smell and folklore of the Wild West — to make whiskey with the character of that unforgettable era.

All things Paso Robles
As founder and winemaker of his eponymous winery, McPrice “Mac” Myers makes serious wines with depth and grace. His winemaking philosophy mirrors his approach to life: Dream big. Work hard. Have fun while making great things happen.
These days, this tenacious, self-taught winemaker quietly crafts some of Paso Robles’ most lauded releases. He’s considered the region’s undiscovered genius, yet he’s also known for his low-key demeanor. As his wines rival those made by Domaine du Pégaü, Mac has earned the title of arm-wrestling champ of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on a Hospice du Rhône trip – all while sporting his signature style in Dickies-brand workwear.

Cabernet & Bourbon!
Join us for a side by side comparison of two Cabernets alongside a Colorado bourbon. The last time we carried this bourbon it sold out in a week. You won’t want to miss this one!

7 Cellars Wine Tasting
Join us as we taste through a Cabernet and Pinot Noir from 7 Cellars. We will also be trying a new and wonderful Prosecco! Look forward to seeing you!

Grand Opening Event and Tasting
Join us for the Grand Opening of Bear's General
We will kick things off at 4:00 with a tasting of a Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from The Little Sheep of France.
Stay and taste some samples from local vendors and get to know the team at Bear’s General, serving the Three Springs community.
This is more than just a tasting—it's a chance to learn, explore our wine club wines, and make new friends in a community setting.
